One Life Revolution
2009
One Life Revolution is a yearly campaign sponsored by the student ministry at Discovery. Each year through personal fundraising and special events, dollars are raised for a specific group or need. This year we are raising funds (our goal this year is $5,000) for the Ninos de Baja orphanage in El Porvenir, Mexico. Because there are no administravtive costs involved, each dollar raised will go directly to the orphanage. To learn more about Ninos de Baja, visit their website at ninosdebaja.org. We have raised $4,238.90 by having: a car wash, our Paintball event, funds donated by both Jose Restaurant and Shakey's Pizza Parlor (Moreno Valley), funds collected by the students, and our One Life Benefit Concert (featuring Danny Ray www.captivators.com). Thank you for participating!
